What services do Neighbourcare provide?

We provide services that will assist people remain living in their own homes as independently as possible. Services may include: transport, house cleaning, personal care, food services, linen service, NDIS Services and Home Care Package care.

How do I access services?

You can talk to our staff about services you require and how to access them
You can apply for services either through My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or www.myagedcare.gov.au for people over 65 years of age.
For younger people living with a disability ring us or contact NDIS on 1800 800 110 or www.ndis.gov.au
You can also talk to us about our private service options.

Is there a cost for services?

Yes there are different costs for each service and services are subsidised by Government funding to make them affordable. Our staff can discuss the costs with you at any time.

How will I pay for my service?

We prefer direct debit but other arrangements can be made.

Can I pay on behalf of someone else to receive their services?

Yes you can. Family members can contribute towards the cost of services.

Are there any job opportunities at Neighbourcare?

Our staff are committed in providing support for people living in their own homes and we look for staff to join our team who share the same commitment in providing quality services.
