    Feedback

    We greatly appreciate your feedback and suggestions as they help us to improve our services. Rest assured that all comments will be received and reviewed confidentially. You can provide feedback in various ways, including over the phone, through your support worker, in writing, or via the online form.

    If you do not feel comfortable speaking with your service provider or your complaint has not been resolved, you can contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission on 1800 951 822.

    If you’re unhappy with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission’s decision or complaints process, you can provide feedback and request a review by the Complaints Commissioner. Contact the Commonwealth Ombudsman at 1300 362 072 for a review of our complaints process.

    If you are an NDIS participant and feel your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at www.ndiscommission.gov.au or phone 1800 035 544.
